The Parade
Remember the magic of Christmas when there was just a dusting of snow for Santa's Sleigh?
The Christmas Light Parade with its’ many floats and groups, all decorated in Festive Lights and Music, starts promptly at 6:00 pm. Santa is brought into town on a very special float, sometimes surrounded by many of his animal friends. Leading his friends in; is Mavis, Maple Ridge's very own special reindeer.
Come on December 1, 2012 and check out some of the various entries such as the one here. While we cannot be certain who will join us, each year there is always an assortment of entries. Maple Ridge has historically been a horse friendly community, and we have had the pleasure of at least one major horse group in the parade the last number of years.
